Ken Dattmore currently serves as a marketing manager with Yamaha Corporation of America, where he oversees marketing, promotion and music education efforts for all Yamaha stringed instruments. He is a native New Yorker and an alumnus of Bradley University, where he obtained degrees in Music and Business. Despite a career that spans over 30 years in the string industry, his primary instruments are tuba and trombone. During his youth he marched in drum corps for seven years. In his off time, you will most likely find him attending a live sporting event.
